In elColmadito.com all orders are ship using the USPS. We currently deliver to the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all US Armed Forces around the world with APO or FPO address. We do not make international deliveries. Products are sent USPS Priority Mail unless specified on the product.

Return and Exchange Policy
We at www.elcolmadito.com have made it our policy to purchase only first quality merchandise from suppliers that we feel are reputable. We feel this is the best way to ensure your satisfaction. All new/unused merchandise for return or exchange (non perishable goods) must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the item. If the Items were correctly sent, we would process the return subject to a 20% restocking fee. We will refund the full purchase price less shipping expenses (sent or returned) as soon as we receive the merchandise in saleable condition.
