Recipe Cheesecake
Pumpkin 1

Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups honey cookie ground
1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup granulated sugar
For cheesecake:
3 packages (8.oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin puree
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 can (5.oz) evaporated milk
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream for topping |
Procedure:
For the crust :
Combine cookie crumbs, butter and granulated sugar in a medium bowl, pour it into a round mold. Bake for 6-8 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes.
For the cheesecake:
Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a blender until smooth and fluffy. Add eggs, pumpkin and evaporated milk. Add the cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg, whisk well and pour over crust.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until edges are golden brown, or until center is firm to introduce a tooth stick. Enjoy!!!
