Recipe Cheesecake
Guava

Ingredients:
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup guava paste, Sweetness Borincana
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 pie crust made with cookie |
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350F
Beat cream cheese, guava paste, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs and whisk until blended well. Pour into the pie base. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set.
Let it cool for at least 3 hours or overnight.
