Recipe Cheese Charlotte

Ingredients:
Cream cheese 1 7oz.
1 cup white sugar
1 evaporated milk
1 large fruit cocktail
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin |
Procedure:
Allow the cheese to room temperature. Separate the juice and the fruits in the fruit cocktail .
Prepare the gelatin according to the package directions, using the cocktail juice instead of water. If you are missing liquid, add water.
Mix milk, cheese, and sugar in blender. Add the gelatin and mix again. Pour into a pan, add the fruit and place in the refrigerator until it sets completely. Serve as soon as you remove it from the refrigerator.
