Recipe Cake
Pumpkin Pineapple
 |
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 ½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (8 oz) of crushed pineapple (drained) |
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 °. Grease the mold with butter or baking spray .
Mix all liquid ingredients into the bowl of the mixer. In a small bowl combine dry ingredients, then pour it slowly to the mixture of the liquid ingredients, whisk to incorporate only .
Fill the mold and bake at 350 for 20-22 minutes. Let cool slightly and serve with warm tea or coffee.
For the glaze:
1/4 cup sugar confection,
3 tablespoons milk,
Mix ingredients and refrigerate until use. Enjoy!!!
