Recipe Tembleque 3
|
Ingredients:
1 butter stick
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup Wheat Flour
1 box 3.5 oz. Goya Tembleque
Goya Powder Cinnamon

Procedure:
Mix butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract in a food processor until you obtain a creamy texture. Add the flour to obtain a thick batter. Let chill for 30 minutes.
Heat the oven - 350 F. Bake the dough in a baking pan for single cup servings. Let cool.
Prepare the tembleque following the instructions on the package and fill the cups with the mix.
Refrigerate for a few minutes and serve. Garnish with Cinnamon. Enjoy!!!
