Recipe Chicken Appetizers
 |
Ingredients:
1-1/2 lb. chicken breasts, finely sliced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 white onion, finely chopped
1/2 red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 yellow pepper, finely chopped
1/2 orange pepper, finely chopped
1 jalapeņo pepper, finely chopped
1 20-disc pack of 2-inch flatbread
1 pkt. Taco Seasoning Mix
8 oz. Whipped Cream Cheese Spread

Procedure:
PLACE the chicken in a large saucepan, previously greased with olive oil.
SEASON the chicken to taste the taco seasoning, cook to medium-high heat for about 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
ADD the onions and peppers; continue to stir until the chicken is fully cooked, for approximately 15 more minutes.
SPREAD the Cream Cheese to the flatbread discs.
TOP the flatbread with the chicken and serve.Enjoy!!!
