1/4 cup Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped canned chipotle peppers
4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
20 slices Deli Fresh Honey Ham
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
12 thin fresh pineapple wedges, 1/4 inch thick
Procedure: HEAT grill to medium-low heat.
MIX mayo and peppers; spread onto tortillas. Top with ham and cheese; fold in half.
GRILL quesadillas and pineapple wedges 3 min. on each side or until quesadillas are golden brown on both sides and pineapple is heated through.
OPEN quesadillas; fill with pineapple. Cut into wedges.
