Ingredients:
1-lb. tomatoes, cut up
1 cup tomato juice
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 medium red pepper, sliced
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup iced water
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 slices bread, broken up
1/4 tsp. Paprika
2 oz. sweet dark Spanish sherry (optional)
Salt to taste
