3 legs and 3 thighs
2 potatoes peeled and cubed
3 carrots peeled and cubed
10 olives
1/2 cup of sofrito
Adobo goya for chicken
1 packet of sazon
1/2 small can of tomato sauce
Enough water to cover chicken
Procedure: In a pot, add a little olive
oil and sautee sofrito. Add
adobo to chicken and put in
pot and mix. Add remaining
ingredients except potatoes
and carrots and cook for 40
minutes. Add potatoes and
carrots and cook another 20 minutes.
