Recipe Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
2 0z(4 tablespoons) butter(Use margarine, if you must, but true flavor comes from the calorie-laden real butter)
salt and pepper to taste - go lightly on the
salt if you wish to bring out the flavor in the remaining ingredients.
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1/3 teaspoon ground oregano
1/3 teaspoon chopped parsley
1/3 teaspoon chopped cilantro

Procedure:
Peel the garlic cloves. If desired, boil for two to three minutes. Mash into a pulp. Mix with the remaining ingredients included .
Use a fork or wooden spoon to soften the butter into a cream. Slowly merge in the mixture prepared above. Stir just enough to ensure an even spread throughout.
May be used at once or refrigerated in a small bowl. For fancier appearance, refrigerate in small cookie molds to serve individually in each dinner plate.
