1 cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp.Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.cracked black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup milk
Procedure: Mix all ingredients in small bowl or
glass measuring cup with wire whisk
until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate until ready to use,
or up to 1 week.
