1 cup mango puree (2 medium mangoes pureed in food processor)
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup sunflower oil
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
2 tsp chopped fresh scallion for garnish
Procedure: Combine all of the ingredients, except the scallion, in a blender or food processor. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and garnish with the scallion.
