6 oz parcha juice
2 tablespoonfuls cream of coconut
1 cup pineapple chunks
one ripe banana
2 fl oz white rum
Six large ice cubes
Procedure: Combine all ingredients and grind in a blender until the ice is shredded and a thick paste forms with the ingredients. Serve in tall glasses with sipping straws. Sprinkle ground nutmeg or cinammon and add fresh fruit pieces as available to make a delicious, refreshing drink.
