1/2 cup rice flour
3/4 cup sugar
(B)
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups whole milk
3 cinnamon sticks
2 sour orange leaves
Procedure: Blend the ingredients included in (A).
Blend all ingredients together in a large saucepan over medium heat. Use a whisk to stir continuously until the mixture thickens.
Pour the mixture into a large mold or individual cups. Allow to cool before serving. Equally tasty after refrigerating.
