Recipe Flan de Vanilla 4
|
Ingredients:
1 cup Sugar
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 can Condensed Milk
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
a pinch of salt |
Procedure:
Caramel:
On the inside mold from the flanera heat the sugar on the stove on low until the sugar starts to disolve and takes a golden color. When the sugar disolves move the mold so the sugar will cover the entire bottom of the mold and walls, and let it stand for a few minutes until it hardens.
Flan:
This recipe its if you have a flanera.
Mix the rest of the ingredients on a mixer until evenly mixed. Pour the mix on the mold with the caramel. Pour water on the bottom part of the flanera until it reaches the convocated line on the mold. Put the mold with the flan mix on the top part of the flanera, put on the lid and heat on the stove on medium high for about 45 minutes or pinch the flan with a knife and if the knife comes clean the flan is done. Refrigerate and turn over the flan on a plate.Enjoy!!!
