Recipe Tembleque de Coco
|
Ingredients:
1 can cream 15 oz coconut milk
1 cup milk
1 cup cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
cinnamon |
Procedure:
In a pan mix coconut milk, milk, salt, sugar , vanilla and cornstarch. Place the pan on medium -high heat and stir until it begins to thicken. Reduce the temperature to medium heat.
Stir continuously until mixture boils and thickens. Boil about 2 minutes, stirring carefully . Pour into a mold which is rinsed in cold water. Let cool. Put it in the fridge for 6 hours or one day. Then cut into slices and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
