2 cans of coconut milk
4 cups hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornstarch
Procedure: Mix milk or coconut cream with 4 cups of hot water. In a saucepan mix the cornstarch and sugar. Add the coconut milk and stir the mixture over low heat until you get a thick consistency. Remove from heat and pour the contents into a mold. Cool and turn it over on a flat mold.
