Recipe Flan de Queso 1

Ingredients:
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cream cheese
white sugar |
Procedure:
Mix 2 eggs and five teaspoons of sugar. Then add the evaporated milk, vanilla, cream cheese and mix. Make the caramel and place mix in the mold, take the mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes on a "baņo de Maria". Refrigerate for 20 minutes and ready to eat . Recipe sent by Yahaira Belen.
