Recipe Flan de Vainilla 2

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 T. sugar
1 1/2 cup sugar (for caramel)
1/2 cup water (for caramel) |
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 "F . Caramelize a mold, mix the sugar and water, heat over medium heat until melted sugar and take a light golden color. Cover with caramel bottom and sides of pan. In a container mix the eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla and sugar. Pour the mixture into the cold mold and place in a "baņo de maria" for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. To find out if itd ready, enter a knife into the center and if it comes out clean the flan its done. let it cool for an hour and then put it in the fridge for at least four hours before serving .
