Recipe Flan de Vainilla 1

Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sugar (to caramelize the mold) |
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 "F . Caramelize a mold, pouring 1 cup sugar and putting on the heat to medium heat until melted sugar and take a light golden brown. Immediately caramelized bottom and sides of mold. Mix eggs, the milk, vanilla and sugar. Stir and strain. Pour over caramel pan. Place pan on a bowl of hot water. Bake in water bath for 1 hour 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool, cover and place in the fridge. Pour into container when serving. Enjoy!!!
