Recipe Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
5 separate eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 sticks unsalted margarine
1/8 tsp Salt |
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 .
Sift together flour, salt and sugar, leave them in a separate bowl.
In two excerpts containers put the egg yolks on one and whites on the other.
Put in a blender, margarine with the sugar and beat on medium speed until a soft pale yellow paste. Then gradually add the egg yolks and keep beating them, then flour, salt and sugar. Add slowly the milk, add the vanilla.
Beat egg whites until they are about to merengue, then add to the mixture.
Put the mixture into a mold greased with Crisco. Bake for
45 min 350
