Recipe Budín 3
 |
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds of crush bread
8 cups of milk
1/4 pound of melted butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup raisins |
Procedure:
Cut the bread into small pieces. Mix bread and milk in a large bowl. Stir until bread is well wet. Add the butter, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla and raisins. Put the mixture into a greased mold. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees F.
Let cool and serve. Enjoy !!!
