Recipe Borracho
|
Ingredients:
2 packets of vanilla lady finger biscuits
4 packages of instant vanilla pudding
1 ½ cup amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons sugar

Procedure:
In a bowl mix the sugar and the amaretto. Dip the vanilla biscuits and arrange them in a row in a rectangular or square mold. Prepare 3 floors.
Prepare the pudding according to package directions and pour over vanilla.
Let cool completely. Serve with whipped cream, nuts, chocolate chips or fresh fruit.
This dessert will taste much better if you prepare the day before it or leave it in the fridge well before eating it. Enjoy!!!
