Recipe Alto Grande Mocha

Ingredients:
½ sweet cream
¼ cup sugar
1 cup of strained ALTO GRANDE COFFEE
Ground Nutmeg
Cinnamon Powder
½ cup of pure cacao
Piece of orange
|
Procedure:
In a pot, to average fire, put the sweet cream and the sugar, without moving them, until caramel appears.
In the blender pour the black coffee, cacao, nutmeg and the cinnamon. Mix thoroughly. Add the sweet cream caramel to the blender mix and mix. Serve in a high glass and decorate with an orange piece.Enjoy!!!
