Recipe Dulce de Leche Crepes
|
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2/3 cup dulce de leche
1/3 cup Almonds, toasted
1/2 cup Whipped Topping

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place eggs, 1/2 cup
of the milk, the flour, sour cream, sugar
and extract in blender, Blend until smooth; set aside. Let stand 10 min.
Meanwhile, spray 13x9-inch baking dish
with cooking spray. Mix caramel spread and remaining 1/2 cup milk; pour 1/2 cup of the
caramel mixture into prepared dish.
Tilt dish to evenly cover bottom with
caramel mixture, set aside.
Spray 8-inch nonstick crepe pan medium-high heat. Add 1-1/2 tbsp. of the batter,
tilt pan to evenly cover bottom
with batter. Cook crepe 30 seconds on each side.
Fold into quarters; place over caramel
mixture in baking dish. Continue with
remaining batter to make a total of 16
crepes, arranging in four rows in dish with crepes slightly overlapping.
Top with remaining caramel mixture;
cover with foil.
Bake 10 min. Sprinkle with almonds.
Cool slightly. Serve topped with the
whipped topping. Enjoy!!!
