1 bar of Chocolate Cortés (8 oz.)
2/3 cup of corn syrup (Karo o glucosa)
˝ cup of heavy cream
1 teaspoon of corn starch
Cherries or fruits
Procedure: Mix corn syrup and heavy cream. Boil at low temperatura. Dissolve corn starch with water and add to the mix. Add chunks of Chocolate Cortes and stir until melted. Pour it hot.
