Recipe Flan de Piña Colada
Recipe Flan de Piña Colada  Puerto Rico

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
5 eggs
1 cup Pineapple chopped
1 can Condensed Milk
1 can Goya Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Vanilla extract

 

Procedure:
Mix sugar and water in a microwave resistant container and heat for 5-7 minutes until you get a thick brown caramel texture. Pour mix into a baking pan and let cool. Heat the oven - 350 F. Use a baking pan double-boiler style to cook the flan mix. Mix the the eggs, pineapple, vanilla, condensed milk and coconut milk – incorporate very well. Pour the ingredients into the baking pan containing the caramel. Place into the oven for 1 hour. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
