1 can of Condensed milk
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon powdered Chocolate
1 Cream Cheese 8onz
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
2 oz Brandy
1 cup sugar (for caramel)
Procedure: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare the caramel.
Mix all ingredients in blender.
Prepare the maria bath in the oven with hot water. Put the mixture into the mold with caramel and bake for 45-60 minutes.
For more intense flavor, add as much brandy, coffee or chocolate.
