Recipe Trufas Chocolate

Ingredients:
Cortés unsweetened chocolate
1 box of vanilla wafers
1/2 cup walnuts
Pancake Syrup
Kahlua
Powderes sugar |
Procedure:
Place the cookies on the processor with walnuts and process, add ¼ cup of Chocolate Cortés, and a tablespoon of syrop, process until everything is one. Add the liqueur 1/8 and increase to your taste, process again. Remove from processor and form balls with wet hands to allow better handling. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, put in decorative cups. Store in refrigerator until serving. Enjoy!!!
