Recipe Tembleque
 |
Ingredients:
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 can Condensed Milk
1 can Coconut Milk
1 cup Water
2 unflavored gelatin
Cinnamon powder (to taste)
Sugar (to taste)
Vanilla (to taste)
1 Can Shredded Coconut |
Procedure:
Mix the three milks.
Prepare the gelatin in water, and add milk, whisk a little.
Pour the mixture into a glass mold and place the pan in the refrigerator.
Take the grated coconut in a pan, add the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Heat and move a bit until the coconut has a golden color and cool slightly.
Pour the mixture in to the glass mold with the mix, and put back in the refrigerator.
