1 8oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup sugar for caramel
3 tablespoons water
Procedure: On a 8" round mold mix suggar and water, heat on medium-high and caramelize the sugar till medium brown. Cover all sides of pan with caramel and let it cool.
Mix in a blender the rest of the
ingredients. Once mixed pour the mix in the caramelized mold and cook in a "baņo de maria". Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400
degrees. Check with toothpick if ready before removing
oven . Wait until its cold, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
