Recipe Flan de Queso Piņa
Recipe Flan de Queso Piņa  Puerto Rico


2 cans evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
6 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 8 oz cream cheese
Candy Ingredients :
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and strain. Prepare the caramel: in a glass cup 's take 1 cup of sugar and pour over 1/2 cup water , without moving. Place in the oven for 8 minutes or until candy "golden brown". Place in mold to use for the background and flan. Cover the bottom and sides and let it cool. Pour mixture of flan on the caramelized mold in baņo de maria and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife enter the center and comes out clean. Leave to cool to room temperature, turn into a mold, cool in the refrigerator and serve alone or with vanilla ice cream.
