Recipe Arroz con Dulce 1

Ingredients:
1 can of coconut milk
ground cinnamon to taste
ground nails spices to taste
1/2 ounces ginger
1 pound rice
1 cup of water
sugar to taste
1/4 pound of raisins |
Procedure:
Mix cinnamon, nails, ginger and a cup of water in a saucepan and boil the mixture. Once boiled, strain and mix the water with coconut milk. Add sugar and cinnamon and stir one minute on low heat. Add rice and stir constantly to prevent sticking. Add raisins, cover the pan, and simmer until ready.Enjoy!!!
